Empowering marketers by upskilling in Generative AI (GenAI)

FitFlop, an ecommerce brand selling biomechanically engineered shoes in the UK, US, and Europe, partnered with Jellyfish to deliver a learning experience designed to empower their UK marketing team's understanding of Generative AI.

Business challenge

The UK marketing team recognized the need to get to grips with what AI could do for their organization and wanted to learn how to integrate GenAI tools to optimize everything they do as a brand. They partnered with Jellyfish to deliver a learning experience designed to empower the team by solidifying their understanding of Generative AI and navigating Artificial Intelligence technology effectively.

Jellyfish solution

Jellyfish delivered our GenAI for Marketers: Fundamentals half day workshop, which brought the FitFlop marketing team together to start crafting a collectively shared vision of how they integrate Gen AI into their business.

This session covered:

  • GenAI and its marketing applications
  • Opportunities and risks of using GenAI
  • Roles, skills and becoming better GenAI collaborators
  • GenAI models and sourcing strategies

Impact

By upskilling early, the marketing team has positioned itself as the organization’s AI leaders. They feel inspired, informed and ready to integrate GenAI into their marketing efforts. The knowledge gained has opened up new possibilities for impactful contributions and they’re now prepared to share their ideas with senior leadership.

AI technology is giving your workforce capabilities beyond their current skill set and at the same time is introducing a new, all-capable powerhouse to every team. It’s going to be awesome but have you considered how you’re best going to work with your new colleague, especially when it's a bot!? Brands need to start thinking about strategies that are both human and machine inclusive. Whilst the machine is always learning, we should be learning too.

Jellyfish AI workshops and labs provide an opportunity to build and sharpen up a new set of essential skills to build your businesses’ future resilience from the inside-out – choose from half-day to full-day events.
